Chelsea completes £200million one-year contract agreement to sign PSG striker Neymar, Officially becomes the most expensive player 2022/2023.
Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar is reportedly a summer transfer target for Chelsea amid Todd Boehly's pending £4.25billion takeover.
PSG are rumoured to be willing to sell Neymar for the right price following Kylian Mbappe's decision to renew his contract at Parc de Princes. Thomas Tuchel managed the Brazilian superstar during his tenure as PSG manager, reaching a Champions League final and winning the Ligue 1 title twice in his two years in the French capital.
Neymar finished the 2021/22 season scoring 13 goals and registering eight assists in all competitions, making a total of 28 appearances for PSG. The 30-year-old has spoken about a potential move to the Premier League in the past and has admitted he has "huge mutual respect" for the Blues boss.
